Olio extravergine d’Oliva; Rosmary, or Truffel, or Basil, or Hot pepper, or Lemon.
Description
The extravirgin olive Oil, obtained exclusively by olives grown in the Cerulli Spinozzi’s Estate, remains in infusion with the aromas for 30 to 40 days. Than it is filtered and bottled.
Characteristics
Thanks to the completely natural process and to the raw material’s extremely good quality, this product keeps intact the original aromas of the fresh ingredients.
Food matching
Different matchings according to the aroma: Rosmary on rosted meat, Truffle on spaghetti, Basil on ripe tomatoes, Hot pepper on whatever you like, Lemon on white meat.
